Return to prototype

Divi implementation handoff

Build the shared layout first

  1. In staging, inventory existing URLs and assign each prototype page a retained or approved WordPress destination.
  2. In Divi Theme Builder, create a Global Header: utility row, logo and Donate row, grouped navigation, and Search module. Recreate the mega panels with an accessible menu integration or a child-theme component. Test keyboard, touch and Escape behaviour.
  3. Create a Global Footer: identity and giving row; four navigation columns; country strip; governance and policy row. Use separately maintained WordPress menus for each group.
  4. Save presets for blue buttons, orange accents, information cards and section spacing. Reuse hub, article, listing and detail templates.
  5. Use the implementation panel on each page to assemble its sections. Connect the real directories, search, events and donations in staging.
  6. Test redirects, navigation, forms, contrast and mobile reflow. Confirm approved copy and imagery before launch.

Standalone pages and repeatable records

Use a separate Divi layout for a page with a distinct visitor task. Use Theme Builder templates for Provider, Event, Study, Resource, Webinar, Story and Person records. The regional hubs may share a template with local content fields. Keep site navigation and design presets global.
